Service Description
RoGames provides access to uncopylocked Roblox game files that have been made publicly available by their original creators or are otherwise distributed under applicable licenses. We act as a platform connecting users with these resources but do not claim ownership of the games distributed.

Developer Claim Policy
Original developers can claim ownership of their games by providing evidence through our Discord server. Claims must include sufficient proof of original development and ownership. Upon verification of ownership, we will promptly remove the disputed content. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for how they use the game files obtained from our platform. We are not liable for any actions taken by users with the distributed game files. Users must comply with all applicable laws and Roblox's Terms of Service when using these files. Users must not use the games for commercial purposes without proper authorization from original developers.
DMCA Compliance
We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with applicable law. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please contact us through our Discord server with detailed information. We will remove content upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice. Users may file counter-notices if they believe content was removed in error.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free listings, or outcomes from third-party services (including Roblox). We make no representations about the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any content distributed through our platform.
Limitation of Liability
